OK...so i know my talons and eclipses very well, but not the laser. I just bought a 93 (1gb) Laser rs awd and i know it has a 7bolt (2g) motor in it stock. Althought the motor is from a 2g, im guessing by the looks of everything (interior mainly) the suspension would be like the 1g talons?

I'm asking this because i want to wait till i blow this motor before i put in a 6bolt, so might aswell just upgrade it's handling components and track abuse it until then.

Also how about th ecu? Since it does have a 2g motor would the ecu be that of a 2g or 1g? I'm asking this because i'm trying to see if i can use a 1g maf setup.

Yea it should be. As far as I know the body is the same as the 1g the 2g start at 95.

Are you sure your engine is from a 2g? I thought 92.5 and up had 7 bolts?
If you know 1g talons, you know 1g lasers.

There are 2 seven bolts in DSMs. The 1g(92.5-94) and 2g(95-99 with minor differences within). Anything that would work on a 1g T/E/L would work on your car with the obvious exceptions of the odd ball 1990 stuff.

I dont understand how you know Talons and Eclipses well but not Lasers? They are the same thing

HAHA ya my buddy just explained that to me, I have a 2g 7bolt, and apparentlythe 93 laser came with a 1g 7bolt, so everything's 1g on it, thanx guys.
