do i need to get the same piping all around? like the turbo i'm getting has a 2.0 inch outlet, so do i 2.0 inch piping all around? even for the intercooler too?

by the way this is for turboing my 420a

No you don't need to get 2 inch piping. Most intercooler kits have 2.5 inch piping anyways. Which turbo are you using? Does the turbo use a j pipe or does it have a 2 inch outlet on the compressor side of the trubo? Are you talking about where the maf/mas attaches to the turbo?

I would just find a intercooler kit on Ebay with 2.5inch piping for everything. There all over that website and there really not that much money anyways.

yeah but aren't those garbage?

and what about piping from the turbo outlet to the intercooler? just get 2.5 inch piping? will that work if the turbo outlet is 2.0 inch

The kits on Ebay are not the best kits but there not the worst kits either. This is how i look at it. I rather pay $400 for a intercooler kit off Ebay then $1000 or more for a name band kit such as Greddy

Yes this is very true.. I would much rather buy an ebay intercooler kit with piping than buy an ebay turbo kit but thats just me.. And as for pipe size, anything anymore i see on dsms is 2.5" anyways (doesnt mean all of them are). My 16g goes from 2.0" to 2.5" intercooler piping till tb.. I am not sure if its the best set up but works for me :thumb: good luck
