Does anyone know if they make these still? My car is a non abs, so I have the proportion valve already. I am going to install a 3G brake booster (and eventually brembo) but definitely scrapped the trashy hardlines already (I kept rear hard lines). I talked to someone at stm, and they said they do not offer anything like that, only the entire package, including the p valve... which is $250.

I know what adapters are supposed to be used.

I was asking the OP which ones he used, since most people use the incorrect inverted flare adapters. The 3G master cylinder has bubble flared ports.
I believe jnz changed the fittings to consider this as i had them fittings and they were resessed to sit over the flare inside the housing itself,

You didn't but why bother with the fronts and leave the rears to the caliper rubber? So in both cases you need to buy a SS brake line kit since 99% of the time they come as a set not rears only.

On the matter of life expectancy I don't doubt they last for a long time if you only drive your car on the street and to and from the occasional drag event but I tend to track my cars (road race) and in the last 5 years I've had to replace Goodrich, Techna fit and other reputable company lines yearly due to degradation at the union points of the banjo fitting to hose. They have a life expectancy in road racing and it's definitely not 100K. :(
I dont personally have experience with road racing or time attack style driving, i drag my car so there are definately differences, i wasnt aware there was a kit for the rears or I'd do that too LOL. Honestly though with any type of high stress racing parts will need to be replaced.

For what it's worth though, the fronts do the majority of the stopping power.

the option is literally for a 2g brake booster, or a 3g/ evo brake booster. everything came with it. i didnt need to get anything else IE flare adapters because, its an option available when you order it. whenever you order yours, you will see the option i am talking about.

rear brake lines will have to be purchased. ive used SS brake lines on a lot of different high power applications, never had problems. lets see how the goodridge does on a daily!

We've always used the correct Bubble Flare units for these kits.
thanks for the kit, it looks great, it was exciting to open, and was easy to install. ordering it from the website could not be ANY EASIER!!! this kit turned so many heads during install. im sure there will be more ordered from my shop in the future (tax season probably).

once again, easiest thing to order... it cant get any easier.

Gabe,

Thank you, for your business!

I'm glad you're happy with the kit, and am highly appreciative of the kind words.

Thanks again.

Josh
