Jmf Intake Manifold, Need a Retune?

After a Jmf Manifold Intake upgrade over the stock i had, And a bigger size JET for the meth spray, Could the Tune be That way off from what it was with the stock Manifold?

I was Tuned Good on my stock Manifold then got a Jmf afterwards, could the tune be Alot off from what it was?i also added the next size jet for my Meth.

The intake isn't the part that will require you to retune since the maf will see the increae in airflow. The bigger meth jet is what will make you need to retune the car.

Of course you can fine tune with just changing the intake but the maf should pretty much take care of it.
 
Yes, Im not too read up on tuning meth systems but Im sure you need to retune for the best results in power increase even with just the intake mani...
Think about it, your peak airflow and your entire torque curve is completley different now.
Therefore you may need more or less timing in certain areas to make up for that change in powerband.
Im thinking you will likely have to alter the shape of your timing curve some.
Youll have to play with it.
