REad the first post and add your name to the list with what you are bringing.

The bad news: my parts probably aren't going to be here before the meet, cause there was a huge confussion about payment and it being delayed, blah blah blah. So I'm mad and anxious to get them, even if it comes the friday before, I will be bustin my ass to get it in in time. :thumb:

The good news: I'm still coming, in my same ole car, except now with a broken driverside door, haha. :D

I'm bringing the manny too, oh and Poland lost again.. poor Kamil, their goalkeeper is really good though

Ill bring ranch, what kind of ranch you want? And Ill bring some bags of potato chips. YES I FOUND SOMETHING!!!! now I won't look like a moucher

Dammit, every single time there is a big meet, something always comes up. Bah I'm gonna be in Washington for my cousins wedding.

i think im gonna have someone to ride in my car...my friends 96 awd just blew. im gonna send him to fftec and try to get him to ride with me. maybe i can borrow his 16g while his car is down..hah

So whats the status on this meet? Great news (/start sarcasm), my alternator voltage regulator decided to go crazay so now I have to replace it. I know it should be easy, but this is my first time and my DSM has been really reliable and its because I take my time with things that are new to me, and I will do the same for this, but it shouldnt take me more than a weekend. It's just a matter of getting an alternator i'm satisfied with.

So whos else car decided to go broke before a meet?

Im changing the head lights, installing a cold air duct, and putting on polyurithane motor mounts before the meet. I haven't started any of it yet, and Im not worried about any time frames or anything. The headlights should be the sweetest. Just wait til you guys seem them. I might have to get a set of those hella bright lights (so they will shine through something else) but it will be good enough the first time around. It will be sad to see the pop ups no more, but its for the sake of weight loss, more space, and most importantly, power. The motor mounts are so my car stops screwing itself over. I can't wait.

Best way to aviod the car breaking down on you is to not drive it at all, ROFL ROFL as for me I only drive the car Mon, Fri, and sometimes on the weekends. :D

yea I hardly do, supposedly alternators are a common thing with our cars, and not to mention it only started giving me problems since I put in a soudn system, and accidently put the alternator ground wire on the batt, positive terminal ROFL :notgood:

I only have about 77k miles on my 95, if I drive it any less, why even have the car haha. But it has been very reliable, this alternator thing has been the only problem and it was my fault..

should be fun! NOT!

Yes alternators are a common thing, unless your like me and had your bov touch your battery positive haha and short the alternator twice!!

I myself have 108k miles on my 91, and try to drive it as less as possible. But when I do drive the car I beat the hell out of it though. So at least I know I'm getting my money's worth... :D

in that case maybe Ill have to go down there this weekend just to make sure in person you get your shit running. LOL, Im going to try and do these headlights and motormounts before the meet, and if I have time, you guys will see what osh performance parts can really do. I think my cars missing or something, I dunno. The plugs seem good, so Im guessing the wires are bad or something. what is it, like 120 for a really good set of wires.... 270 for coil on plug ignition that makes spark plugs nonexistant... hmmmm it seems if I stay below 80% tps (aka the wot fuel trims) it doesn't miss, so I dunno maybe its fuel related, maybe its boost related, maybe its the wires.
