ISC Values

I have another thread about vacuum/boost leaks, but I only get to work on my car once a week and I figured I would check as many things as I possible can when I get the chance to work on my car(possibly tomorrow). I had huge boost leaks on my injector seals and I have replaced them since my last boost leak test but I'm still hearing a hissing noise over the intake manifold. I'm going to try and do a boost leak test tomorrow and see if they are still leaking.

My question is, what sort of values are normal at idle and at cruising for the ISC steps? I have a logger and am interested on what I should be seeing here. My car rarely idles smoothly, it typically surges and drops real low and will die. My fuel trims are all maxed out as well. I know I need to eliminate all vacuum leaks and I'm working on it, but I'm aslo curious as to if my ISC is functioning properly. I have already tested the resistance and plan to test the motor with a 6V battery. Also my car drives normal, pulls hard, and accelerates as smooth as butter, just can't idle properly.

Also I did notice that on the two times that I stopped today to pay attention to my ISC steps at idle, when my idle was surging and bogging the steps were flucuating around 60-7x before it died. Then when I got home today I watched it, and it started around 60 steps then slowly went up to 120 and stopped, the entire time my idle was absolutely perfect. Thanks
