Kind of on a budget now looking to spend less than $100 on a wideband.

That is just a gauge, and appears to be a narrowband gauge. That is completely useless.

It looks like that is just a gauge. No wideband controller or sensor. I don't think you'll find a new wideband setup for under $100.
