Is this performance chip legit?

So I seen this Performance chip on ebay and it says that it can increase my hp and tq by 45, and its for only 10$...it seems too good to be true, is this legit?

If its on ebay its more then likey too good to be true. If you want performance parts that do add power there are plenty of vendors/freelancers on here that offer parts and services. And if you want gains you're going to pay for them but they are real gains and not some pipe dream.

If you just read the negative feedback on that listing you can see for yourself. What he is selling is not even a chip but a cheap maybe 10 cents resistor that you place in some sensor. Guessing just slows down or offers more resistance to one of the sensors on our cars.
