Is this coilover look right?

I think this coilover is crap because I took a road test and I ran over a pot hole, It bounce alot. Is that the shitty quality of this coilover or am I doing this wrong?. I got piss off when it bounce too much for couple small pot hole that I ran over.

It's on backwards. The coil should be sitting on top of the sleeve.

for real? The sliver sleeve should be on the bottom then spring on top of it?

Yes for realz the silver part is what lets you adjust the height and needs to sit under the spring. It's really bouncy because you arnt able to use the dampner/shock at all that way and your car is just bouncing off the spring.

Okay thank you. This weekend in my garage, I will fix it right. Damper? They didnt give me any damper for it. I never see right way coilover even if i try google it. I got to check what the damper look like.

Yea I brought it on ebay. After I install the coilover, I realize that i shouldn't buy that crap. I mean does it matter that coilover from ebay?

No, I installed it and it didnt come with instruction. Of course because I got it from ebay.

To be honest even installed correctly you still might have a bouncy ride on a eBay kit. They just don't have the properly matched spring to dampner which is very important for a proper coilover setup, to get a good ride.

Yeah your right. Now I hate buying stuff from ebay even it is cheap but it junk. And thank you for the picture of the coilover, It really help me alot now. I just save it. You the best .

No worries bro we are here to help. Not all things on eBay are bad just most things . It's just hard to get quality for cheap, that's where the term you get what you pay for comes from.

yeah its pretty hard to find a good coilover set up for under $1000. you can put anything on your car for suspension but this is one of those things that its you get what you pay for. the only thing that might make what you got better is by getting better springs but i dont know if thats a good idea either. hopefully you get it all figured out.

I definitely wouldn't use those. $40 coilover springs? That screams poor quality, and poor quality they are. I would never put something as crappy as those on when it comes to holding you to the road.
