I bought this off a guy during winter, but when I went to look up how people mount them the brackets looked different. Just trying to figure out if it's truly ETS or other reliable brand since I will be pushing 30+psi. Supposedly 10.5" race intercooler. If you measure from the side pieces next to the core it's 10.5"x3" like it should be but the brackets just don't look right, but perhaps it's an older style? If anyone can identify the brand and model that would be great!
Thanks, Sleeper1ga

I can't say for sure who made it, but it does look a bit odd compared to most every intercooler I have seen, because of the way the end tanks are slightly larger than the core and overhang a bit. :hmm:
It looks like a solid design though and would probably do a good job of cooling. You may just have to try it out to see what it can do. As long as the intake temps stay in check after a long pull I would just run it.

Oh that thing. I just removed that LOL forgot. I still say thats not ETS, op if you wanna see what the welds look like on a real ets let me know i can show you, the ones you posted look like bird shit

Not saying it won't work, my vrsf had shitty welds and worke alright.

Ets race intercooler maybe older modle
Mounting tabs are different.

Op lets see a pic ofnthe welds from the end tank to the core. It ahould look as uniform and clean as this if it's real ets. Those guys are welding artists. Granted my intercooler is used and starting to oxidize.

If you allready have it, but it on an try it. My IC is a large one that came from JMF I believe and it had beautiful welds on it, and it has cracked them all on the end tanks. if it's not a stout cast end tank, they will probably crack at some point.

It looks mine it came when i bought the car so im not sure if it is a ets but its 10.5 inches high 3.5 inches thick and fills my entire area, it has the weld ons.

I dont know who made that but i can only say 100% not ETS. Look how the fins were pushed back on yours at the end tank weld. Look at mine. Look at the differences in the weld. I'm sure it will work.., I'd pressure test it first though. Hope you didn't pay an ETS price for it.
