think its good?

i dont know how to get the pic bigger if you cant see them then write your email and i will send it to you.

is it working properly? are you getting horrible gas mileage? do you have a logger? see what the o2 volts are reading.Much better way to tell if your O2 sensor is dead than looking at it

It looks to be in OK condition to me, its when its completely white (I believe) when its time to get a new one.
My o2 sensor died on me and it was dark grey colored (oil), so white doesn't mean dead. Do what he^^^^^ said and check you o2 volts. They should jump around between about 1 and 9 volts. Why do you have your o2 sensor out anyways. are you putting in new exhaust or what

i had my 02 sensor out cause i have a cel and want to see if its old, i am putting my greddy e 01 from my burnt car in this week, supposley it has a logger and i'll check

Voltage should bounce between .01 and .99 :p

Color really doesn't have anything to do with the operation of the sensor itself. Test resistance with a voltmeter or when its on the car with a logger. Try and shake the sensor to see if it makes noise. All of the 3 dead sensors I've seen all made a noise when I shook them.

Heres where the Air/Fuel ratio guage actually comes into use. If you have one, is it always pegged at lean? Are you getting really bad mileage?

A white o2 sensor doesn't mean that its bad, it just means that your car is running lean, real lean. I can't imagine how white your plugs are. But like the rest say, check the voltage of the o2 sensor to see if its dead. A dead one wouldn't cycle.

when it idling yea sits on lean but when i drive no

If you can confirm via the tests listed above that your o2 is in good working condition, I would check to make sure your idle is tuned properly. If the ECU sees fuel trims that are too far out of whack to be controlled, it will stop the the o2 sensor from cycling. If I peg my MAFT way rich or way lean, my o2s stop cycling at idle as well. Just another possibility.
