Is my clutch slipping?!!?

My car was sitting for a few weeks in the snow. (No garage space). Let it warm up by driving it around town, and got on it and at about 15 psi the rpms jumped almost as if I lost traction. I have a act 2600 clutch. 455awhp let me know
 
That definitely sounds like slipping clutch. Mine did the same exact thing especially in the higher gears. The higher gears would be the first indication of slipping gears especially with rpms jumping.

One way to test it is try putting it in 5th gear going highway speeds and then giving a decent amount of gas. The response that the car gives you will then give you a for sure answer as to whether it is the clutch or not.
