looking to upgrade my turbo from a s256 extended tip in bep dsm housing to maybe a black. goals are low 10sec on 93 oct with meth. car isnt a DD just dont have e85 around here yet.
 
It's a good turbo, I'll likely be going that route also. If you aren't 2.3 yet, and plan on only doing drag, maybe a 2.0 LR will suit you better.

already have stroker in car im torn between a black, dsm86, gt3586, pt 6262. trying to make the most power possible with 93 oct and meth for the street.
 
If you want the most power possible, why toy around with stock frame turbos? Hell think about a vband or t3/t4 setup with a pte 6466. I had one on my evo and went 9.9 and hit 805 on e85. If you don't want the max amount of power that is one thing, but don't buy a cheaper turbo when you know ultimately you will want more power. You will never get the same financial return on a used turbo, FYI.
