Is conquest TSI rear end is the same as a DSM rear end?

I need a rear end for a 92 laser and it is 6 bolt motor with 4 bolt rear. So i found at junkyard a rear end on the conquest tsi and i need to know if it will fit on the 92 car?

Or maybe if you guys know any other cars that uses the same rear end as a DSM. Such as some pick-up truck or maybe expo van. If you guys know anything let me know.

Thanks.

yea, the tires will spin at different speeds and screw your center diff, along with a lot of other things.... or if your making a LOT of power, youll chew through tires really really fast... but something tells me youll just break your drivetrain...

edit: just out of curiosity, what happened to your rear end?

well we never got the rear end when we bought the car. So now we need one to get back this thing on the road. Does anyone know if the expo van rear end is the same as ours. Its AWD so does anyone know any idea about the expo?

Thanks for the quick responce.

i seriously doubt it, your best bet is to find a dsm in a local junkyard... why look for alternatives? do you think an expo rear end will be different? the mounts will probably be completely different seeing as its a van...
