Im planning on running this manifold http://www.slowboyracing.com/more.php?id=1891& with the tail external wastegate. I have the evo 16g turbo on my car now, with the evo 02 housing. Just wondering what I would need to do to get this setup to work. Can i just take the flapper off or do I need to get the flapper welded shut. Also Is that o2 housing ok to still run? Heard people talking that you might need a new one??

You're going to need to get the flapper welded shut. You can use the same O2 housing without noticing any negative effects. It would be ideal, however, to eventually get a custom downpipe fabbed up that consists of a single pipe leading to the rest of the exhaust.
