I thought that the internal cooler was basically "glued" to the oil filter housing but i just read that it is possible to just replace that without having to remove the oil filter housing.
Searched but couldnt find a write up on how to do it. Anyone have a write up or has anyone done it? How long does it take and what exactly is involved? What do i need besides a spare oil filter housing to remove the oil cooler from?

the threaded part where the oil filter spins on to can be removed. Remove it and the cooler will just come off. Dont forget about the coolant lines
