Just re-installed intake manifold and was wondering if anyone can come up with a quick checklist of things to reconnect, off the top of their head?

Like knock sensor, vacuum wires, etc..

I would really appreciate it, and yeah I know I should have written it down before hand.:ohdamn:

There's really not much:

Throttle body with all sensors plugged in (ISC, IPS, TPS),
Throttle cable,
Intake manifold bracket on the back (if you have it)
BOV vacuum line (Passenger's side),
FPR vacuum line (Driver's side),
PCV Valve line (Passenger's side),
Brake boost line (Driver's side back).
Any vacuum lines from the throttle body (if you still have them)

That's about all I can think of.

Hope this helps!

Never disconnected TB.

Im mainly worried about the two vacuum lines that go under the intake mani, via metal tubes connected to it. I know two of them are unused but cant remember which lines (and colors) do.

Also, I know there's some kind of temperature probe but cant remember since this car has been sitting forever.

Apparently you still have your EGR system in place. Those metal lines on the back of the intake manifold are attached to the manifold support bracket. They are just extensions of the vacuum lines, they don't go into the manifold at all so it doesn't matter which vacuum . Follow the vacuum diagram above but the two lines go from Purge Control Solenoid over to the charcoal canister, purge control valve, and throttle body.

There isn't a temperature probe on the intake manifold unless you've added an IAT (Intake Air Temperature) sensor.

Thanks for all the info, I know the intake manifold (and cylinder head) removal steps like the back of my hand now.
