When I had my 97 spyder gst I was paying $310 a month for the car and $325 a month for insurance on it, that was full coverage on a 21 year old with 1 speeding ticket (prior to buying the car) and an at fault with bodily injury (I was tired one night, swerved my cadavalier to miss a dear and wrapped my car around the tree... broke myself all up and got points on my record for it... psh!)

That quote was for living in folsom, ca... remember, the more rural an area you're in, the lower your potential accident rate is, and the lower the premium...

Considering I only pay 80$ every six months for my insurance on my GST I don't really see a need to care Just look around at the insurance companies because many have different prices either way, the cheap at one place may be the expensive at another. I would work on just FINDING a GSX or TSI AWD first because around here they are HARD to come by in good condition.

man you guys need to look into getting some new insurance, i dont pay that much on my 03 350z with full coverage, its only like 200 a month! thats with only 1k dollar deductible and full coverage. My 96 tsi awd is 60/month.

Well I pay liability, I have a good student discount, I took a defensive driving course WITHOUT court reason , and we have 7 cars on the insurance, and I'm not the primary driver, my mom is I dont think she has even ever SAT in the car .

Take into consideration the fact of how old you are, if your under 21 your f*****. If your 21 its not too bad, and if your 25 your golden. But in any case if you have speeding or reckless driving no matter how old you may be, you will be paying bent over with your pants down.

How i work the insurence company is I'm the driver of our FAMILY car, and my mom is the driver of my car, and it both works out to be cheaper than who is really driving both cars. Thats my opinion.

Eclipses are cheaper than Talons, even in Canada, but its a very minimal difference. Lasers are cheaper than both. I work for an insurance agency BTW and have looked it up.

Insurance goes against everything I believe in, driving fast without consequences. So with the help of Allstate cancelling me, and my religious values I no longer have insurance.
