instriment cluster

i have a 95 eclipse gs non turbo and i no spidomiter i checked all fuses and i replaced the vehical speed sensor on the trany and it still dont work every thing else works just fine any ideas could it possibly be a bad cluster or no?

Try tapping on the cluster while driving? my tach stopped working one day and i tapped on it and it started working again.

Something could be sticking inside the speedometer components. You might have to remove the cluster and look inside it. Not hard to do.

mine does that from time to time... if i hit the dash, over the clusters they usually come back on.
