installing new 1g head

[95 tsi awd]

im getting a new head for my 93 tsi awd. i need help with taking the old one off and putting the new one on. can anyone explain how to do it or show pics?

this guys write up on doing a 1g head swap turbo4wd.com is pretty good for outlining the steps taken. It seems itimadating but its not. just lable all connectings and set the timing at TDC and you'll be fine. Its best to take the intake and head off at the same time, just remember to take ou the 2 brace bolts.
