I bought a evo III 16g to replace my 14b. On a previous thread someone said that all 14b components will transfer..i.e. water and oil lines. Is this true? I don't want to wait for the turbo and then have to wait even longer for more parts. My gaskets are all fine(just replaced them not too long ago). Same with the bolts and washers. So what is left..just the j-pipe?

My main concern is the water and oil lines. Since I don't have the 16g yet I cannot compare anything. Will the 14b banjo bolts thread in the 16g core? Also, the 14b isn't using the stock oil drain. Its SS with earls fittings. Will that carry over as well?

Thanks for the help guys

Yes everything will bolt up to the 16g just fine. It's pretty much the same turbos, difference being the wheels inside.

Actually, only one wheel is different...the compressor wheel. All 14B's and 16G's use the same turbine.

The two turbos use the same center housing, and the inlet / outlet are in the same position. Everything will transfer over 100%.
