I have a injen intake right now on my stock bov and intercooler, however soon Im gana install a new intercooler and Tail bov 50mm, but I started woundering how Im going to install the hose from the bov to the intake, will I need to make an adpater? I see that the bov inlet from the intake is small... note that the tial 50mm is still in the mail.

The Tial BOV is not made to be recirculated, and as far as I'm aware of there is not kit that will allow you to do that.

Your options with be either to make a kit, which is unlikely and difficult due to the shape of the BOV, run it not recirculated, or get a different bov.

Yes, unfortunately it can't be recirculated as previously stated. What psi spring did you get? The Tial will be worse vented than the average BOV, especially if you got the 7 or 9 psi spring as it blows off very easily. I ran my Tial vented for a week before I had my MAFT and it was horrible. My Greddy Type S was ok vented, but the Tial was barely driveable. It blew off so easily that the car would stall out if the RPMs dropped from anything over 1500. Sell it and get another such as a Greddy RS or HKS SSQV (with the recirc attachment), or run a GM MAFT setup.
