Input shaft seal at parts store?

I can't find a number for it in the 2g manual i have, and o'reilly's can't find it as a valid part. Anyone know where to get one locally?

Have you tried NAPA or Motion Industries? Most of the time they can cross reference the number from the old seal to their part for an exact match.

The engine balance shaft seal will also work and is the same. Just have them look up the balance seal instead.

I"m a bit late reading this, but thank you fo that info. Had i read this before assembling the trans with sealant i could have put one of the 3 spare BS seals in there
