Injectors not spraying???

Why am I not getting fuel past the injectors?
new pump - new filter - fuel rail is pressured - but no gas in cyclinders????
plenty of fire--all looks good...just no injector spray

everything seems normal....

what should I look for?




I looked in vfaq, keyword search, and 1000questions and the manual and couldn't find the answer.

oh I forgot to say - new ECU - PERFECT HARNESS - all grounds good - Fuses good - injectors read 2-3 ohms each

Take a voltmeter and check to see if you are getting battery voltage to the power side of the injectors. If you are, then see if you are getting battery voltage at the ground side of the injectors while cranking. Post back with your results and I can tell you how to go from there.

You didn't mess with the CAS did you? It signals the ECU for injector timing.

cas is normal


with key on:

Injector WIRE 1 WIRE 2
1 12v+ 12v
2 12v 1v
3 12v 1v
4 12v 1v

any Ideas??

thinking of rewiring the ECU to injectors

anyone know the path?? link? other?


I found a disconnected wire, WHITE w/ black stripe located on the firewall under hood.
it is a single plug much like the one found near the engine coolant temperature sensor but this one is black not white like the one near the engine coolant tempurature sensor.

I traced it to the passanger kickpanel where it changes color to Blue w/ black stripe and continues into the DASH harness toward the fuse panel... It reads 3.34v+ on a 12.06v+ system.

anyone know where this wire goes?

Still sounds like a bad CAS...
That other plug is a test port.
