Ok, 94 laser, 90 6 bolt swap, motoguys ecu, got the car back in pieces from new headgasket and got it all back together, and got it running, but it was running really rough and blowing black smoke, and now, the injectors won't shoot. Pulled plugs and they are dry. What would cause the injectors to shut off?

Bad injector resistor pack, ECU, wiring loose. It could be any number of things. I would check the resistor pack and ECU first.

And how do I do that?

Pull the ECU and check for leaking caps and/or a fishy smell. Check for burning of the traces on the board. Check for blown drivers. All of which will be pretty obvious once you open it up.

As for the resistor pack: you should have 5.5 to 6.5 ohms across 1-3,4-3,5-3, and 6-3.

The pins are as follows:

1 2 3
4 5 6 < - looking straight into the plug.

Is there any way to test the cas? I'm probably gonna be out there next week with a meter to test everything, and if it all comes back clean, ill tear apart the dash. What are the correct readings for everything so i can have the info ready when I start. The car will probably be on a battery charger and the key have to be on to check all this? Key on engine off?

Why would you take the dash apart. There is no need to take anything apart other than the console side covers to get to the ecu to do some testing. Test the pigtails on the injectors for power. If they have power than the resistor pack is fine.

Like i said tho, what should normal range readings be? And just. Turn the key on? Also, I don't really hear my pump, but i disconnected the fuel line and turned it over, definitely fuel coming out. And if I can spin the turbo cold side and no side to side play, turbo is still good right?

Just turn the key on and check for voltage at the injector plugs. Put one lead of the multimeter on the positive wire of the injector plug and the other needs to be grounded out on the engine. The injector plugs will have constant voltage, the ecu grounds the circuit to fire the injector.

THIS.

And go from there.. do the easy first like fuses relays.. then have fun with a wiring issue!!

I don't think its a wiring issue, I went out there one day because some guy wanted to check it out to buy it, so i went out there, started it to check that the battery wasn't dead, and it fired up so i shut it off, then he got there and it wouldn't start again

That would just be an assumption. You don't have any idea what it is until you start doing some testing.

Most of your answers can be found in a Chilton's or Haynes service manual which I would suggest you get for easy reference as well as look at the links provided here as these are the Mitsu service manuals.
