I just traded a 94GT for a 95 AWD TSi. It has what I believe to be a 16G with 20G internals, that is what I was told by a local DSM'er. It also has 660cc injectors and a Super AFC controller. It also has an aftermarket cold air intake, down pipe, BOV and full exhaust if that makes a difference. as far as I can tell it still has the stock intercooler.

The car had been sitting a while when I bought it and it did not have a battery so the afc was not already set for me.

Can anyone help me out with a setting for the super AFC that I can use as a baseline to start from. I found some settings on the net but none for Greddy Denso 660cc injectors.

I suspect the injectors are too big but as yall can tell this is all new to me. I dont know if this is relevant but I am only running 16 psi for now until i install an act 2600 clutch.

I have read through this forum and can tell I need to buy a data logger.

If someone could at least tell me how much fuel I can safely pull out at low and high throttle settings that would be great.

It starts up fine but as you can imagine it really bogs down until the boost builds. Thanks for the reply

Check your stock MAS and see that the Honey-Combs are still there, flip it over and make sure the adjustment screw still has a silicon blob over it (another words, leave that stuff alone if no one has touched it)

I am running a similar set-up so here goes.

SAFC I Blue screen right?

Karman Sensor
4 cyl. with arrow up and to the right

Throttle points: LO 30 HI 60

Lo settings: 1k 2k 3k 4k 5k 6k 7k
-27 -30 -31 -31 -32 -32 -32

Hi settings: -32 -32 -34 -35 -37 -37 -35

That should get you driveable and feel pretty decent. Keep the boost below 20 psi, since your on a SMIC like I am. Anything over 19-20 will heat soak that intercooler QUICK.
I can make one pass before the "crispness" is gone, so take that with a grain of salt, I am sure the intercooler is WAAyy heat soaked before the end of 2nd gear !!

With a set-up similar to yours I have gone 13.21 @ 103. I don't know about 660 cc injectors but my FIC 650's were rated 650cc of flow at 43 psi.

Good luck.
