What would this hole in the throttle body be for? I've got a pretty good boost leak coming out of it

BISS. The screw has an o ring that can be replaced. Looks like you might need a new screw too. Head looks stripped in the pic

No no idle issues just insane amounts of air coming out of there^ This guy is 100% correct. Do you have any idling issues? If it's missing entirely, that should be fun when you replace it. When you replace it, search for the proper process to set your idle. It includes grounding a pin on the ECU.
