Import Face Off 2012 sept 16th Spokane Washington

Hey guys just trying to promote this first ever local import drag racing event, I plan on running my 1990 Talon in forced induction pro. The track has recently been updated and is a nice facility I'd love to see some Dsms come represent with me, and appreciate your help in spreading the news of the event. If anyone wants info on the track it can be found at Spokane County Raceway: Drag Races, Oval Track, Road Course

I can help out with recommending good spots to stay and play while your here, I propose a drink or two at northern quest casino night before the event, also i have plenty of 5spd t cases, trans and 4 bolt lsd rear diffs, drive shafts axles etc, so if anyone needs backup parts i plan on bringing some to the event, also i may be able to provide a few with a spot to crash for the night! looking forward to seeing everyone out there! and appreciate your help promoting the event!

Dsm will be the first choice this coming year unless I can get someone to trailer one of the cars I could have both.

driving the dsm from yakima?! if so kudos to you my friend! i may make it to renegade a few times early next season, shake the car down but itll probably be on a trailor haha

Everyone always still have a chance, like I said I may go, right now Im considering leaving my car on the east coast this next season to race some bigger races. If so it'll be there from june through nov.

That would be good times! and yeah i would just have to bank on not breaking any parts... and the planets aligning ofcourse haha, if not ill look forward to the english racing presents at the event! id like to make it out atleast compete get the car shook down and atleast enter in my first event, that is aslong as i can afford to finish my fuel system!

I have been in touch with cindy the track manager as well as the director of IFO and they both confirmed the event is a go, just has not hit there schedule because at the time the schedule was created the spokane event wa not a for sure thing

I will be competing in the forced induction sport class, hopefully get some type of launch control set on the auto so I can cut good lights and be consistent. Hope to see a good showing of cars dsm related or not

Pretty good, I have to figure out why the Hobbs switch to the full line pressure isn't working and it makes a weird noise when letting off the gas. But for now she is on a battery tender in a garage.
