If all goes good Ill be there for sure just finishing upn tune Tuesday .If you have not been you guys should all come out for this.I have gone every year

ALSO IS SHEP ACTUALLY COMING .IF PEOPLE KNEW HE WAS REALLY COMING i THINK MORE DSMERS WILL SHOW UP .

I didnt see not one DSM!sadddd:cry:

While our car isn't a DSM in body, it has a 4G63 as it's heart. We're trying to make it out with our Corolla rear wheel drive car, but it's getting close. We would have to be in the Outlaw 10.5 vs Extreme Import class, because we're too light to be in the Radial vs Modified class. Nelson Bernande is gonna be in X275 vs Hot Rod with his 1300hp 3000GT. Johnny Soto's Toyota Corolla in Hot Rod has a 4G63 in it and it's been 7.77. Plus we'll have our 12.50 Index Talon on the track. We'll also be hanging out with Jeff Bush from English Racing at our trailer (not his car). Soo......DSM's will be represented in some sort of way out there.

As far as I know Justin, Shepherd isn't coming. This is from his Facebook:

Sorry guys we will not be able to make MIR. We have been extremely busy since the shootout and we just now got the car back to the track to try a few ideas. Needless to say they didn’t work and we are still having trouble getting the car down the track in a safe manner. I need to find a chassis shop to take the car in and go over the chassis to see what I am missing. At this point it just isn’t worth risking hurting the car or myself... mostly the car LOL

As I said earlier, Jeff Bush will be with us (without his car), but we all hope you can make it out with your automatic as fast as it is.....

Well I am just hoping we can get it dialed in with no bugs to work out come time to race.I will bring the car if it is ready so wish me luck Tuesday that we can get the car sorted out.
Ive been dyin to run this new setup CHeck my profile pics

I'm wishing you luck! It's strange seeing you and your dad just "walking around" hanging out. Get that black beast rollin' again! I'm hoping we'll have a MUCH better DSM presence than in previous years! I'm bringing (well, forcing to attend) at least 4 other DSM's besides ours.

Yeah we didnt really care about bringing the car to the shootout we really wanted to see what it was all about .
The only year I remember seeing some dsm's at the event was when shep was there and I thought that was the best time I';ve had there.Too bad DSM'ers are scared to run there cars they just build them for show

Depending on how the car does before then I may make this event.

I really hope you can make it John!

Well I am almost sure we are coming and hoping for 8s in the street fighter class .Beeen working out all the bugs with the new setup last thing is keeping the voltage up .So we are putting a altenator on the car to fix the voltage droping at 6500 car is making good power up to about 7500 28 psi but going a little lean .So will be trying all week and this friday at mir test and tune to get the car ready.

I realy want to make this event just so little time hope we can get it ready
