I failed my inspection because my car was idling too high can anyone help and can i lower idle threw my Nafc II

Yes you can lower idle w/ your AFC by leaning it out at Lo settings. How long have the idling issues been a problem? What mods have you done to the car?

I've got full exhaust, intake, hks bov, and i just rebuilt the engine
