so no matter what i do, ive checked every vacuum line, my car idles at 2200 rpm in park, i have a 1993 eagle talon automatic esi and even tho 2200 makes it feel like it wants to hotrod all day like a beezt :rocks::hellyeah:ROFL:ohdamn:..... i cant pass emissions with it doing this. when i put it in drive it lowers down to 1100 and it does this constantly with no change even when its completley warmed to optimum temp...

My 2g eclipse was doing the same thing. Turns out the throttle position sensor was sticking. Take it off and clean it out real good and make sure its working good. Another suggestion would be if you have an aftermarket BOV that is adjustable try adjusting it to the hard setting it should help.

they are non turbo i have no idea what they are talking about with their bov talk and boost leaks shinannigans. i cleaned the tps and where is my iac valve located?

I had a similar problem on my gsx and i tried adjusting my BISS screw and it helped a little, but what the problem actually was, was the Mass airflow sensor was a little loose because I was changing out the filter the day before, might want to wiggle that around see if that helps at all.
