Hi guys,

I've been struggling with my AEM EMS v1 on my 1G 4g63 trying to configure the idle correctly, however I could.

If someone knows how to do it properly or have a file so I can do it

Thanks

Motors don't like idling so there are several things added in to the tuning to help them idle. What specifically is your idling doing? What's not correct? You need to tell us more with details. Are you starting your idle tuning using the AEM base calibration settings & trying to tweak from there?

Hi Mello. Sorry for delay on replying to you.
I've been testing many things and finally I found what was wrong.

The AEM V1 PnP sees that the A/C is always ON but it's not ON, so it always compensate, that's my problem.

So I decided to check my A/C options. The thing is that the OEM A/C Switch that goes to Pin # 7 in the OEM ECU and also the PnP AEM v1 they work different and I didn't know. OEM Pin 7 gets 12v signal when you turn on the A/C so the ECU turns on the A/C Compressor sending a signal through pin # 65

The AEM EMS V1 needs a ground signal to work, it doesn't work the 12v signal from the A/C switch, that's crazy because it's a PnP ECU

So I think the OEM A/C switch burned out the AEM Pin 7 input because I did a test, I putted ground on pin 7 and it does nothing. A/C always on.

So I decided to try another ECU input and send ground normal ground and it worked, the ECU Turns A/C ON or OFF.

So I don't know where to get the ground so I can send that signal to the AEM ECU. I was thinking about getting it from A/C fan relay but when the ECU turns off the A/C Compressor because it's too cold the car will rev up because the AEM will think that A/C is ON.

If you can help me with this please.
Thanks
