So i did a rebuild, and since the motors been put in * IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH HOW HOT OR COLD THE ENGINE IS*

EVERY SINGLE TIME you start the car it has no power for 2 and 1/2 minutes..
you could drive it for an hour an half then turn the car off and have to wait again for 2 minutes and 30 seconds..


Its kind of like the engines being choked.. it sounds camed for that 2 minutes then catches it self and can be drivin..


i need help i been dealing with this for 3 months and im sick of it now
 
My 95 was doing the same thing. Turned out that my Front O2 sensor was putting out 2.5 volts (how, I dont know) and making the car really lean at idle, If i touched the gas, it would either stall, or bog down ALOT. After a couple minutes, the voltage would drop to inder 1 volt and it became drivable again. I replaced the sensor, and everything is perfect now.

I would suggest logging your startup, and watch the front O2 voltage. If you dont have a logger, use a digital multimeter and probe the signal wire of the sensor to make sure your under 1 volt.

Holy crap.... 2.5v out of the sensor that is mmmm interesting LOL.
 
Do you have dsmlink or any other diagnostic? I would just run the normal checks to make sure your electricals are in order. i.e., MAF readings, coolant temperature, IAC operation, TPS, ISC, etc. Also do resistance tests on your power transistor and coil pack.
