Strange situation, car was running mint, I decided to load the evo 8 timing and open loop map from ECM link. After the load, coming to a stop I would get a idle surge up to 2000 and back down. Obviously my first thought was put my last tune in, didn't seem to change. Vacuum system is good along with a tested is.
