I Just Pulled My 95 Gst Out Of Storage Because I Stuck It In Their So I Didnt Have To Worry About Problems While I Was Out To Sea, Well I Drove It This Week I Notice Three Things, Well My O2 Sensor Now Says It Is Lean The Whole Time, But This Is The Thing, When I Shift Down It Will Go To The Middle, Then Also When I Get On It Sometimes It Will Run To The Middle, But It Stays Lean, I Also Have No Check Enigne Like On. I Checked The Gas To I Went And Got Bp 93 Oct To Make Sure It Wasnt Bad Fuel . The Car Now Idles Fine When You Start It, But Then When You Warm Up The Car And Drive In Traffic It Goes To 1300 After I Push In The Clutch. Then I Go Forward And Push In The Clutch Again And It Goes To 2000 And So On, But I Can Push On The Part That Connects To The Butterfly In The Throttle And Push It To Shut It And It Will Drop The Idle Back Down To Normal. Well Then I Went To Sonic And I Had My Car Running And I Smelt Soemthing Weird, Well When I I Got Back To My Apartment Me And My Friend Looked At My Car And Saw Smoke When I Gunned It, Also A Liquid Residue On The Muffler So I Went To See What It Is And It Is Water, But The Car Has Been Being Drove Everyday For A Week Their Shouldnt Be Water. Any Insight To Any Of The Problems Would Be Helpful, Dsm Are Like Females You Hate Them Cause The Problems But You Cant Live Without Them. Lol

As far as the idle goes, it sounds like you need to loosen your throttle cable so the butterfly can close all the way. That or the spring on the throttle body is worn and isnt closing the butterfly all the way.
