Idle sensor making noise

Hey guys, at random times I can hear my idle air control valve spin, loud enough to where i can hear it from inside my car (with everything shut off) when I turn on the ignition I'll hear it sometimes. I just changed it with an OEM unit and also the O ring as well.

Are you sure that is whats making the noise? If you are sure of that, then are you sure that it isn't "normal" noises you are hearing? Is the car running properly? If it is, maybe don't worry about it.
