Idle problems, Surge?

As of yesterday my car idle's at 1100 RPM's and surges up to 1600 RPM's. I tried to adjust the bass idle screw and it did nothing. When i unplug my maf sensor the problem goes away and the car idle's just fine. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!!!

Sounds like you may have a bad MAF. :cry:
