Idle bad even after a new IAC

My car idles like crap. before it idled at 2.5k rpm consisntantly. after i replaced the IAC valve it fixed the high idle now it drops to 8oo to 850 rpm... BUT.. now it just shakes, lopes and turns off...

Can a boost leak cause my engine to idle poorly?

i know i have boost leak and aware on where exactly it is... one is the elbow piece that connects to the turbo and my BOv is a little loose.

Vacuum Lines All checked out ok.

Spark plugs are new and gaped to specs

spark plug wires arent new ( how many ohms is it suppose to be?)

Distributor looks clean inside no diposits ( how many ohms ?)

Alternator new

Battery New

Sounds like you know where the problem is... or at least where to start. Fix that loose piece.
