idle surge after replacing iac and maf...

I recently bought a 92 eagle talon, non turbo, everything stock nothin fancy. the car was idling rough and the previous owners told me it needed a maf sensor and and iac valve. I've replaced both and now the car has an idle surge after running for a little bit. we tried to test the iac valve and it's not moving in and out like its supposed to. could this be the iac wiring harness? and if so how can i replace this? we've also put in a new ecu and that didnt seem to help either. I can't find or hear any vacuum leaks either and am at the end of my wits. Please help a noob out!

did yo uget a NEW IAC or a used one ? and was in an NA one or a turbo one I'm not sure if there is a difference .

I took a video of what it is doing. The IAC is new for a N/T. It only fluctuates in idle while in park. in the video I shift it into drive and rpm's settle.

have you done a leak down test yet,a gasket might be bad,take either some water with soap in it or brake parts cleaner and spray around all the places the might be leaking,intake manifold,gaskets every where,if it bogs down than theres ## leak thats what i would try

I second that idea because mine did that awhile back and i realised I didn't put the gasket back ont my TB it still doens it now and then but it's more randomly than anything so I haven't fixed mine 100% either

hmm... I guess I can just leave it as is for the time being, I mean it drives really well, it just doesn't idle well in park. I'll check for leaks around the TB. Thanks
