Idle at 2000!!!!?????

I just swapped in my 1g motor into my 2g. I am now venting to the atmosphere and when I set everything up it will not idle below 2000 for some reason. I have adjusted the BISS and it is all the way down!!!! Please help me. I have my car down at a show and it is hilarious how it just is revvin so high when i was moving in...

If u used the 1g TB, i would swap the FAIV (the bottom of the TB, with the coolant lines) with the 2g one. I did that to mine when i swapped the 1g TB, and the idle is normal now.
