Forced Performance: TiAL BOV O Ring

You might be able to find that a hardware store, but I kinda doubt it. It's worth a look. You could try just putting the ripped o-ring on for a temporary solution.

Try looking around Advance Auto Parts or something. My friend lost the oring for his HKS bov and we were able to find one at advance that worked.

I tore the same one.. I took it to my local hardware store and the guy stared at it for a little while, fumbled through some parts drawers he had behind the counter and came back with a new O ring in the exact size... Ended up working great. You might have similiar luck at a hardware store, just bring yours with you.

I figured I could do that, but amazingly enough I found an O-rin that was the exact same size just a little thicker inside of a water gun, put it on and it seems to be working just fine

In a pinch, crazy glue is the bomb for fixing o-rings.
At work I have a kit for making custom sized o-rings and we crazy glue the ends together.
Believe it or not, they last.
