Hi, I am having trouble building boost all of a sudden. Im pretty sure the hoses are all tight. And now more recently when i try to boost kinda hard the lights on my dash light up like its gettign ready to stall? It doesnt seem like there is anyshaft play but it just feels like its bogging underboost? I am mixing oil and coolant only in the radiator no coolant in oil just oil in the rad. But i think the turbo has a crack in it and is slowly killing its self? any advice would be greatly appreciated.

edit... Now that you mention it i was out messin with the car and it does seem to be leaking oil into the rad faster now that i am havign boost problems... :(

you could be right with the internal crack in the turbo -- mixing oil in your coolant isnt a good thing,, it could be worse and it could be in the motor....

either way start with a boost leak test -- that might lead you to your boost issue

id then plug off my coolant lines going to the turbo,, and then flush the coolant system and run the car for a little while,, if your coolant is clean after that then you found your culprit

check your intercooler lines for oil, if theres oil in there then your turbo could have blown a seal,,, have you lost any engine oil over the past couple days?

I always lose oil slowly due to what ever is mixing. I bought a cheap ebay turbo as a plan b. i am going to pull my turbo the day i get the ebay one so i have one to limp on for a payday or two. but the oil feed line never sealed perfect so i am sure it hasnt been getting proper pressure. and the oil gets really hot sometimes. wow i am mixing bad now LOL. still no smoke or anything no overheating and no coolant in oil but now i am losing an unexeptible amount of oil.

I would double check to make sure you don't have any coolant in your oil. Oil floats on water, so the coolant will sink to the bottom (e.g. oil pan).

Unscrew the oil drain plug just a touch, and if coolant comes out, you should probably stop driving until you can get a better turbo and fix this issue.
