Sticking throttle plate or cable?

Make sure the nut that holds the throttle shaft didnt somehow come off; when mine did it made it so I could only open the throttle half-way when my foot was hard down on the gas pedal. Or could be shaft seals or maybe that white plastic bit underneath the wound up spring on your throttle body broke in half; all things to look for. Best option is to buy 2 new throttle body gaskets, permatex copper spray gasket, and 2 new throttle body shaft seals, then tear the throttle body apart and rebuild it. It really isn't hard at all if you follow the VFAQ on it, it took me about 1.5hrs to do it my first time, then 30 the 2nd time.

Good suggestions. I would check for the sticking as well. happened to me before and that was the problem.
