Alright I'm new to this 4g63 stuff so I could use some help. I need a new FPR because the car I just bought has a 255 lph fuel pump. I'm looking at which one to get. I've tried researching and I figure one of my best bets is the aeromotive fpr. this is what it says from slowboy racing.
The Best 1:1 Fuel Pressure Regulator Available!

Aermotive's fuel pressure regulator is a 1:1 rising rate regulator perfect for DSM applications. Fuel pressure is adjustable on the top of the regulator

Fuel pressure gauge sold seperatly.

If your hooking it up to a DSM, SBR highly recommends our -6an stainless steel line kit!

The Aeromotive A1000-6 Injected Bypass Regulator was developed for high horsepower EFI applications. Compatible with the Aeromotive A1000 Fuel Pump, this regulator is a cousin to our widely-used A1000 Injected Bypass Regulator, delivering performance, long-life, and reliable operation.

Base pressure (vacuum/boost disconnected) is adjustable from 30 to 70 PSI.

Pump Gas, Race Fuel and Alcohol compatible.

Provides two -6 AN inlet ports and one -6 AN return port.

Fuel pressure will rise on a 1:1 ratio when referencing boost.

1/8" NPT gauge port.

Beautifully finished with type II bright red and clear anodized coatings.

Any extra fittings are sold separately.

What I want to know is what other lines and fittings do I need and where can I get them. Also is it a good idea to get the gauge as well? Thanks for any help on that. also I'm planning on getting an Apexi SAFC II soon in the future. Will I need to get this along with the fpr to get it all to run right? I still have stock injectors for now.

The Full Throttle Speed (FTS AFPR) is only $150 from http://www.importevolution.com/ and it comes with all the lines and fittings (I think) and it's a great AFPR for the money. All you'd need is a fuel pressure gauge (underhood), but you can get the B&M FP gauge for ~$40.

The Full Throttle works fine.....but I were to do it over again. I would get a remote mount like an Areomotive and do the plumbing.

Get the aeromotive unit. Its one of, if not the best one for our cars. If you are going to get it from slowboy they also offer the kit you will require to install it:

Most dsm shops will carry a kit like this, such as dsmotorsports, extremepsi, etc. their all around the same price. Yes you do need a gauge as well, otherwise you will have know idea of what you are setting your base fuel pressure to.

They have them but they are on backorder. This is a good company to deal with though, they ship out products the day they come in. It is right below the safc http://www.ongreenperformance.com/FrameSets/1G Performance.htm

but yeah, EVERYWHER even at FTS they're on 2-3 week backorder except if you want to pay 170 for one off of Ebay you can through ongreen. I talked to them and they said they fill the backorders then put the rest on ebay (adding on a $20 markup plus they charge 20 bucks for shipping inc insurance but I did get mine in 2 days).
