Same thing with me, my car doesn't even have stance, i bought them because they are light and came with almost new tires.

It is like if he had a knockoff 16g and i got and MHI one, he start arguing out of nowhere that "why you posted that you got the an MHI 16G, its not like you would be the fastest one, faster or that you get more lbs/min than a knock off 16g" but i know what...

What this site is mostly about it performance and function. The light weight wheels are big part in rotationg mass, it helps a lot when going down the 1/4mi like most DSMers here do. It helps slightly with MPG as well. ALSO, its a way to express yourself. Wheels are about the only visual modification that most of us do. Plus what one person thinks is boring (you) might be somebodies dream.

I have some EVO IX wheels, are they the best, no. But they do everything that I want them to do.

Like another thread that I thought was going nowhere, I popped back into this one to see what all the fuss was about. I still think that stance looks good. I have my coilovers set at the proper ride height for the suspension geometry, I have my car aligned just perfect for what I ask of it. But I'm not gonna lie, slammed with a deep lipped wheel and a stretched tire would look awesome on my car.

I'm +35 but only 8" wide. +25 would call for over-fenders, or it would look like a hot wheel.

Thats cool. I met the guy that owns it at the all mitsu cookout in Rodgers, MN last summer. I really liked his wheel/tire size and stance choices, so I thought it was a fine example of whats good. His whole car was immaculate though.

Yea I'm aware of what the DSM community is I just said it is stupid how every single person on here thinks their car whether it is the cleanest or the biggest piece of rusty crap will "one day" be fast. Sure overall these cars are quick but everyone talking about saving 14lbs this and 20lbs here get old. Most of you don't have a second car so this isn't your race car it is your transportation get a grip on reality that all these cars are hunks of junk.

I'm sorry I forgot RPF1's were so baller? Last time I checked they aren't Volks or Advan's so I could care less? The only reason I bought my "ebay" wheels is because my other ones had cracks and were leaking air. The car is my DD and I needed a quick solution to get to and from school and work. For the record also my turbo is an MHI 16G so you're little theory failed. I worked at JNZ Tuning for most of last year so you talking sh*t over a forum like I haven't seen a million and one of you aholes who think you got the hottest shit alive. Also you're quite hilarious posting pictures with your response. Typically people like you are sad fat sacks of sh*t who only have internet friends and think they are cool because they have RPF1's get real dude.

My cars isn't clean

my cars isn't baller status

all i care is about the performance that's why i log on this forum, my car could not be the fastest or the most reliable but is doing his job, but if i care i would log on stancenation or those forums meant for that not here. I have my DD so i don't need to drive my dsms if a don't want to, keep in mind that from removing 14lbs to 20lbs even ounces from stuff u cant even see my 95gsx now weights 2780 with 3/4 tank so i wouldn't laugh about something i haven't tried, no hard feelings but you know what this forum is for.
