I hit like 15 psi now car runs wrong

Today i wasnt catching any boost. So i checked my hardware and had some loose bolts. Tighten them up and went to hit the gas to see if it was boosting again and started boosting normally. I hit some torque steer and let off the gas after that.

So i was cruising at maybe 35 and i pass a truck to hear my car bogging out. So i let the gas off and got on it slightly to notice it kinda spitting and i can smell gas. I checked and have no leaks and it almost acts like it out of gas but it has a half tank. I have new fuel filter and lines. Fuel pump is old and i still have yet in to install my 255lph. As it sits now it starts right up and then dies instantly.

Now i know these cars hit fuelcut at 15 but i have been in the 20s before and never experienced anything like fuelcut. Is this just fuelcut? Maybe tightening the bolts made it to where i could build more boost than before. I could tell it was leaking exhuast where my mani bolt to my turbo. How long does fuelcut last and how can i get rid of it. I thought just turning the car off and back on would work.
 
I never took the cop into consideration. I just seen them and heard they were good for firing und heavy compression. It does lie with me. I got the 16g and was told i could hit like 16 on my 14b on stock fuel pump so on my 16g i tuned it to 14 lbs. I was stating before i raise boost and start upgrading injectors i am needing tuning devices of some sort. My car runs very good right now. Runs right with my buddies 3000gt vr4. Not off the line but after like 50 it pretty even. I just havent raised any boost levels much or anything till i get proper tuning. But i have all stage one 1 mods and also many of stage 2. I did skip some but ill make up for it later.

Also to be blunt it wasn't dsmtuners fault i modded wrong.
 
I knew our upgrade path wasn't THAT skewed. ;) Personally, I'd put a logger in with the free mods as you can get a Palm M100 for peanuts and MMCD is free. :)
 
The palm iiic works well and it was easy to see, mmcd works good, i just had issues hot syncing with my laptop.
 
No problems with emissions. I just bought some logging software for my palm pilot. Anything i need? They make a special cable or do i make my own? And can i log without having a wideband or egt gauges and probes?
