So I just fixed my tire, there was a nail in it and had to get a new tire. Now I'm driving last night and I hear like a squeeking noise coming from my front right wheel well. When i was parked I pushed down on that side and it kept making the noise, I'm guessing it's either my shocks or springs? I have stock suspension. Anyone have any ideas and prices on how much you think it'd cost to repair?

No one can tell you that because no one knows what's wrong. There isn't a going rate for fixing a squeak.
Jack up the car and examine your suspension. Push and pull on all of your control arms looking for loose or worn balljoints. Also grab the wheel, before you take it off, and wiggle and jiggle it at different points to see if you can detect play in the wheel bearing. Also see if there is any play in your tie rods and shocks.

Now that you've pretty much crossed off (or not) all the life threatening could-be problems inspect your bushings for wear. Bushings can make a hell of a racket if they're old/worn/aftermarket etc etc. Replace damaged bushings and maybe try some silicon lubricant for noisy bushings.

This might be a fast and easy process but it could also take a bit of time to narrow down the culprit. Either way you're learning about your car and avoiding fat "fix my squeak" repair bills.

I don't know if your replaced tire is even on the same side your noise is coming from so you could have a problem with the tire/mounting/lugs etc etc.

How many miles are on the car?
