so not sure how I let it get this bad but the other day the really noticed how bad the headlights were. So I went to crappy tire and grabbed some sandpaper and maguires plastix polish.

It didn't take long at all. Just wet sanded with 1000 than 2000, than polished it with the maguires. They basically look brand new now.

I use brasso ans an old sock..30 seconds and they are almost new..You have to do it a couple times a year but ohh well..

Toothpaste only the past works pretty well, but takes alot longer.

Looks good, but I think a layer of UV protection clear coat would help for longevity

Yeah I used blue magic's polisher and clear coat spray worked great.

Looks good, but if you leave the headlights uncleared, you'll have to polish them again in a couple of months.

ya. i got clear now. next time i do them i'll throw some clear on afterwards.
