Just wondering what everyone might think of the vented hood on my laser, work is n progress. Intend on flat black hood and mesh. Not intended for show. Heat release only. No rice for me thanks.

some sort of plastic lips to curve the airflow or coverings for the winter your not gona need more air in the winter i suggest plastic fittings

Don't cross-post.

Build a stainless tray and mount it under the holes. A cookie pan would work fine.

Those corners are probably going to crack out.

Not a huge fan of them, they look too homemade. the lines aren't totally straight and the design of two triangles is a little odd. I'm sure it will work to relieve heat, but I just don't like the design.
