what is the gold fitting sticking out of the vaulve cover .. also what is that is plugged ... the guy i got it from said all emesions is off is this emmesions stuff ?

gold thing = pvc valve
its plug'd to keep oil out of the intake

red wire = ground maybe ??? duno.

the other plug may be a/c plug ? im not sure what that shape plug fits on a 1g
